I recently came to Norco animal hospital because my dog had been badly injured. He wasn't doing well and I already had him on pain medication and antibiotic. I couldn't afford anymore treatment and I was forced to put him to sleep, which was probably one of the worst experiences ever. I felt terrible about the whole incident and Norco Animal Hospital really made me feel better about a situation that was hard for me to handle. They were friendly, and very understanding. I know how some people feel towards euthanasia and was expecting to get an ear full but this care facility did quite the opposite. They offered a peaceful humane way to ease my dogs ongoing pain. I appreciate everything they did for Pepper. Even the card I got in the mail today was such a positive and uplifting thing to lay my eyes upon. A card in my mailbox with a beautiful poem on the front and all of the people who helped me and my dog that day had signed it. I don't plan on getting anymore animals after this, but if that were to ever get another pet this would be my care facility. For the price, excellent care quality and a wonderful experience I would rate this faculty ten stars! Thank you, for all you have done Norco Animal Hospital.

Sign needs to be changed for dogs and cats only. I came there with an emergency with my rabbit and they informed me he is not a dog or cat and was very rude about it. Excuse me for thinking he was a animal, since your sign clearly says "animal hospital".

I can't say enough about this place. We love them. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats we take here. We drive over 20 miles to go here. They have great prices and treat our animals great. Recently we had to put one of our dogs down and they did it with care and kindness. A couple weeks later we received a condolence card from them signed by the entire staff. My entire family goes here now. They also figured out what was wrong with my parents dog after another vet could not. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I am so incredibly grateful for the experience and level of compassion I experienced at Norco Animal Hospital. The staff and Dr. Quan were a cut above any experience I have ever had with any medical staff. The patience I needed from them far exceeded any expectation I could ever have. I am over the top impressed and I am so blessed to have had them care for my precious Mabel.

I brought a dog I had found (she found me actually) here to get checked out initially as I have other dogs and before I took care of her I wanted to make sure she was ok (IE didn't have any infections that could potentially harm the other animals). When I walked in to the facility the woman behind the desk was immediately rude, telling me that I needed an appointment and that she wouldn't be able to help me at all. (This was later in the day Sunday, not very busy at all.) She wouldn't even check to see if the dog had a chip.(Literally a 10 second process.) Now I have brought my animals to this facility many times for the clinic they have on the weekends to get their shots, and even when one of my other dogs had a slight injury they took him in and got him taken care of immediately. The level of care during this visit unfortunately soured my opinion of the facility, and I have heard the same issue from other people that have brought their pets there recently. I ended up bringing the dog to the Animal & Bird Hospital down the road, and they immediately checked the dog for a chip, and got her setup for a visit with the vet on staff that day. I got the dog a few shots just to be sure and she checked out on everything else. I would not recommend bringing any furry family member to this facility in an emergency, as they may just tell you that you need an appointment for that,
