Walker Street has gone from a decent veterinary hospital, that didn't charge ridiculous fees, to a DUMP. Their people - from front staff to doctors - are not only rude, but they charge for extra procedures you didn't approve and threaten to keep your animal until you pay. I dropped my kitten off to be spayed, and the girl at the front desk didn't speak enough English to have a rudimentary conversation. I asked if there was some paperwork I should fill out and she said "no". I asked how much the spay and shots would cost and it took 20 minutes for her to come back and tell me she didn't know. The girl in the back yelled "$69.00 for the spay", and I asked if that was ALL INCLUSIVE? EVERYTHING? ALL THE TESTS? And she said "yes". Later, I find out my stray cat was pregnant and they never contacted me to let me know, and laughed about it when I got upset. They also charged an extra $15.00 for her abortion and when I told them this wasn't the deal, they said "well you have to pay it or you can't have your cat", and on top of that, added a snippy remark "let's see if you can even pay this". Doctor Dana called my daughter a 'dope' twice and Sue, Molly & the rest of the gang joined in on snide remarks and finger gestures. None of them are professional and they clearly care more about money than your pet. I'm actually SHOCKED they are still in business. Horrible, horrible people.

Walker Street Vet clinic has a wonderful staff and doctor Dana is the best. He seems to have a way with the animals. Everyone there is very helpful. I can't say enough about this great clinic.
