Friendliest and most caring staff you could ask for. They treat you like their own family. They care about your Pet and his or needs way more than the other pet shops do. Love Love these guys!!!

This place has everyting you need. It is a bit pricey, but good selection. I like coming here, especially when I have my boyfriends credit card

Decent selection of good pet foods like Evo, Wellness, Natural Balance, and many others. Decent prices. Great sales. Wonderful customer service. They have animals for adoption on the weekends and they do not sell any animals (please do not support stores that sell animals since they come from puppy/kitten mills). This is certainly a much better store than Petsmart and Petco. I made the mistake of visiting the Santa Monica store once and the service was horrible there but it's always been wonderful at the Pasadena location. But I would probably go there anyway since I need affordable, high quality food for my cats.

For a 50 lb. chicken layer feed bag, $27 buckaroos was the price! Usually, $20 is rather high, and $18 is normal! This store, according to my mom, cared too much about animals to think about the affordability of their prices to the pet owners. Seriously, Go to Steve's Feed on N Lake Ave, right between the intersections of Marcheta and Beverly Way (on the west side of Lake)
