I highly recommend this place....in particular Dr. Laura. To start, I must say I am very critical of veterinary clinics because my brother is a vet so I usually get the family discount. However, there are occasions when I don't have time to drive to NoCal to visit my brother. I took my dog into the clinic the other day. She could not walk and would not eat. They ran multiple test, x-rays, and an ultrasound. They had no problem sending the results to my brother, and even tracked me down outside to talk to my brother on the phone to discuss their observations. In the end, my dog had to be put down, but the honesty and thoughtfulness of the folks at this clinic will always be remembered. Moreover, they were very thorough, and addressed all the symptoms appropriately. I will be happy to use them again with future pets.

I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. We had an emergency with our dog Max, brought him in, no appt necessary. Luckily, we were connected with Dr. Bell, who delivered amazingly. He was thorough and kind, professional and financially considerate with regard to what needed to be done. He was clear, he made great eye contact, was sincere and able to not only give me peace of mind but also get Max back to his healthy self. What a relief and again, a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. Bell, you're greatly appreciated.

I have waited a lot longer at other vets - after making appointments ahead of time. The wait is always short and the rates are always discussed before a procedure is done. My golden has arthritis, and Dr.Mo made it clear that getting his weight down was the most important thing. Every time I bring him in for anything now they weigh him for me. All the vets and techs are great and our dogs love going there (even though they get shots and their claws trimmed).

We have three dogs needed to get rabies test before export. Each usually costs above 300. This is the only hospital I contacted is willing to break down the cost and combine blood sample shipping (to Kansas) for us. At the end of day we only paid less than 500 for all three! Their fee is transparent and reasonable. Strongly recommended and look for their manager Trina, who is an expert on pets import/export.
