My German Shepherd is not socialized beyond our home, so the staff at VCA Companion works with me when we visit to make it easier. The staff comes out to the car and takes her in for her visit while I wait outside eliminating her continuous need to protect me, which makes her difficult to work with when I am present. Jade can be a handful and is fairly big. A huge plus is when Tyler comes outside to get her. My observation is his quiet easy personality and gentle command of her, plus his demeanor makes Jade relax. It is ENORMOUSLY COMFORTING to me to have the staff take such good care of my girl without making me feel guilty in addition to helping me handle the visits in a way that takes the my stress away. I know even though I am not present during her exam that she is being treated well. Thank you Dr. Suther and ALL OF YOUR STAFF....it is appreciated more than I can put into words.
