While Dr. Morehouse and most of the staff are nice, be advised that the clinic's facility is COMPLETELY INADEQUATE for dealing with both animals and their owners. Waiting room is tiny and crowded, there is almost no parking, and the flow of patients is not well managed. I had to wait an hour and a half for my first appointment, and then had to leave my pet overnight as I only got in to see the doctor as the clinic was closing The next day, I waited another hour and a half to talk to the doctor when I came to pick up my pet, and had to go over the diagnosis in the middle of the crowded, noisy waiting room. This is definitely the WalMart of vets - great if your pet needs shots or grooming or a routine check at a very reasonable price, but the downside is an almost complete lack of service and professionalism. Would no doubt improve if they found a larger facility.

Always a Long Wait!! Specially if you go on vaccine days you can be there for hours (1st come 1st serve) even if you are there for Medical reasons to see the Vet & you have an appointment, it's still 1st come 1st serve, so I'm not sure why they even give me an appointment if it doesn't matter. It's also so hot & stuffy the dogs are panting & the people sweating. I have to bring my dogs water & wet them down so they don't overheat. Specially on hot days bring your own water, it can get way way too hot in there & be prepared for a long wait especially if you go on a Thursday or Sunday! Sometimes their so packed you have to wait outside.

Always a good experience. I take my pug and both my pit bulls in there in and out in less then an hour. No appointment needed some days if they are not busy.

I love this place. My dog had problems with his tooth and the vet in riverside was afraid to operate on him because of his age and gave us meds instead. Took him here and they removed the tooth within a day. He's is happy now and in good shape.

This place is truly amazing .. they cured my puppy from parvo for under $170 within 3 days The vet there was truly a angel ..she's kind and answers all of your questions .. if u want to heal ur pet without hurting ur wallet .. THIS IS THE PLACE
