I have been taking my pets to Cabrillo Pet Hospital for the last nine years, and I am extremely happy with the attention and care my dogs and cat have received thru the years. The staff has been there for so many years which indicates that they are happy with their employer and they get to know their patrons personally as well as each animal and their personalities. If I had to move from Point Loma in the future, I wouldn't even consider going to any other Veterinary Hospital. I love Cabrillo Pet Hospital and I am very thankful to them. Tammy, Deborah, Alex and Carol are the greatest and of course Dr. Rose and his partner. P.S. Something that touched my heart deeply was when my cat had to be put down at 5:00am at VCA Hospital during an emergency, somehow Cabrillo Pet Hospital received the news from VCA and that very day we received a lovely small flower arrangement with a note with condolences from the staff, and that was priceless for my entire family. I am highly impressed with both Dr. Rose and Dr. Camarata. When one of my dog's got stung by a bee, my regular vet didn't have any openings. Dr. Rose was scheduled to go into surgery, but since my dog needed immediate treatment, he waited until I got there. Dr. Camarata is a wonderful, caring person and an excellent acupuncturist. The staff is kind and friendly and very efficient.

Cabrillo Pet Hospital is outstanding! The ONLY AAHA-rated hospital in Point Loma/Ocean Beach. They take wonderful care of our fur-babies, and they take care of us too. They have our complete confidence, and we won't take Dempsey and Lal anywhere else. The Pet Care Center is perfect and our kids are boarded there when they can't go with Mom and Dad...we sleep very well at night knowing where they are. Great people taking care of the doggies.

We've had 3 dogs and have taken all of them to Cabrillo Pet Hospital. Dr. Gary Rose and his staff are the best and most caring people. Every time we visit we leave with a smile knowing that our pets have the best care possible. We've been going to Cabrillo for over 25 years and wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!

I have been going to Cabrillo pet Hospital for 15 years and have brought both my cats and dogs to Dr. Rose. I completely trust his skills as a vet and believe he knows his stuff. He's not the most warm and fuzzy kind of guy when delivering what might be bad news, but I believe he's honest, knowledgeable and DOES love animals. The office staff and vet techs are very friendly, helpful and good at what they do as well. I love them and have full confidence in their abilities to take great care of our beloved pets. I love Carol and Tammy!
