Dr Loveland took such great care of my cat on a day before a holiday. we were going out of town and she offered to keep my kitty due to meds needed at no extra cost. love her and her staff

I brought my 1-year old ragdoll cat in about two weeks ago for a routine check-up and to ask some questions about the general health of my cat. My mom and older sister referred me to Presidio Animal Hospital because of their inexpensive services and animal care. I was immediately greeted by Dr. Loveland and her staff. I could tell Dr. Loveland was in this business because of her sincere love and compassion for animals and NOT taking money from her customers. The check-up only cost $19 dollars out the door! Perfect price and great advice/check-up session. The only reason why I gave the hospital a 4 out of 5 stars was because we had to wait about 35 minutes after our appointment time to be seen by the doctor. But all was worth the wait in the end. Thank you Dr. Loveland!

My experience is more of a testimony of my faith. I was at my sisters house and went in the back yard to play with her dogs. Cookie, the sweetest loving dog that gave all of my family so much joy, was whining and rubbing her eye. So I ask my sis about her eye, she said ,"ya, I no its hurting her but we don't have any money to take her to the vet." So I said "So just let her suffer? Bull @$#^$@! I was mad and bummed out and very sad . I told sis that I have some glass block in the back, I will put them on craigslist. I left the house about 11 that night. I drove home but on the way I started praying , asking god to find someone to buy the glass block . I posted at 6 in the morning and at 8 I got a call the only call, they said "Can I meet you at 1?" So we met and they wanted the block. Thank you god for answering my prayers. I told them I prayed about the block selling Now I can get cookies eye fixed about that time I opened the gate and "Cookie" came out. The person buying the block looked at me and said ' I AM A VET. AND I WILL FIX YOUR DOGS EYE." I started crying. DR. LOVELAND She seen my add on craigslist and that was the only call I got about my glass block WOW ! I MET AN ANGEL TODAY. DR.LOVELAND , I LOVE YOU .....THE ANGEL OF ANIMALS

I don't know why the reviews are so mixed. Dr Loveland is wonderful and loves my pets as much as I do. The only thing I don't like is they refer you out to a crazy expensive behaviorist if you have any pet behavior questions... But as a vet she is great and always available to talk to you!

Through Presidio I have had the most pleasant experience with a Vet that I've ever had. Heather is an amazing Vet and saved 2 of my cats. She provides exceptional service and care, and I can't imaging taking them anywhere else. When I have questions about my pets it has even been an ideal place to bounce around possible solutions and I will be going back for all my pets needs.
