I was drawn to the San Diego Bay Animal Hospital by the cheerful sign. I am thinking about getting a cat again, so looking for a vet. Dr. Ferenstein spent a few minutes with me to go over his philosophy and practice. Beautiful, new. Clean and bright, and conveniently located near the Sports Arena and a spacious parking lot out back. Now that I have found the perfect vet, I can get a cat again.

Two amazing vets who are also amazing people! I trust Dr. Van Maele and Dr. Ferenstein with my own pets and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for A+ veterinary care. Friendly staff, beautiful bright atmosphere, and fair prices, can't ask for much more than that!

I recently began working at this beautiful, brand new Animal Hospital and I love it here! Dr. Ferenstein and Dr. Van Maele are so caring and great with the animals! They treat each animal as if it were their own. In addition, they are willing to work with clients who are on a budget in order to provide their pet with the best care possible. Best new animal hospital in town! I have known Dr. Ferenstein and Dr. VanMaele for years and they are the only vets I would ever trust to see my pets. They are very knowledgeable and truly care about your pets. They have always been fair with me through all my emergencies and always really explain things before doing anything with my babies. I had a 18year old cat with kidney failure that lived for years after the diagnosis. They took such great care of her and seem to know so much more than other vets I had spoken with about kidney disease. Glad to see them finally get their own place.
