Love Dr. Darnell. We take our two cats and two dogs there! She is extremely good with them, even our dog that's a little growly. The staff is extremely friendly and everyone knows us, and the animals. We had an emergency a few years ago, and Dr. Darnell cancelled all her appointments the day before Christmas to be able to operate on our dog. Just amazing service. I recommend it to anyone looking fo ra Vet in San Diego.
