When you call, the vet has someone answer the phone who will listen to your request, and offer you an appointment time; this is unlike some other places I have called where they grill you for details about who you are and why you are calling before they even hear your question or inquiry and they never seem to offer the appointment, you have to ask. The place is small and is hard to find; it's on the side of a strip mall, hidden by a gas station. The practice has two practically boneless cats in the lobby that will sit on your lap until your appointment if you let them. You won't be waiting long for that appointment, either. The vet is efficient; he had my pug weighed, his teeth and body checked, shaved his paw, and added stitches to a burst cyst in about 15 minutes. That included getting the cone put on, the antibiotic prescription filled, and paying for the visit. I also brought my rabbit in. Dr. Singh had my bunny's claws (nails) trimmed in record time, under 10 minutes. My old vet wouldn't give me an appointment time for the bunny and I had to wait over an hour more times than I cared for. Dr. Singh's prices are reasonable, he knows his bunnies and dogs, and did I mention he's quick?! I don't know why you'd stand for waiting in a vet's office for an hour somewhere else when you can bring your critters here and get great care swiftly.
