The incompetence of care left my dog in unnecessary pain for months. After taking her in many times for support they were not able to help her. I finally took our senior dog to a new vet. They found a fox tail in her ear that VCA was not able to find. They were able to give us an RX for rimadyl to help her with the pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP WITH THE SIMPLE THINGS.
