Dropped by this morning to pick up some prescription food for my canine. I've bought from them before but, since new management took over recently, they want me to pay for an exam before purchasing the food. I have 4 vet hospitals that I go to, and this is the only one that has ever refused to let me purchase food, even when faxing the current records over to show my pet is eligible for the prescription. Not only was this an unnecessary inconvenience for me, but it's also a sign of a vet who nickels and dimes people. I won't be returning anytime soon.
