I took my dog for grooming here after reading the reviews, but my or rather my dog's experience was horrible. My dog a Shih Tzu was a bit knotted but our previous groomer would carefully comb out the knots and then groom him. Apparently the lady did not want to take the time to comb him and simply took the lazy way out by shaving him - in December!!! In all my three years of getting my dog groomed this has not happened and so my recommendation is to avoid that place like a plague!!!!
