This is by far the best place I have ever taken any of my pets. They just did a TPLO surgery on my Mastiff and he is doing great. The treat you like family and their follow up and care for your animals is unmatched. They treat them like they are their own. I would recommend them to anyone. I can not say enough about this place. Dr. Natt has taken great care of my two dogs. He's done everything from routine shots, to teeth cleaning and two reconstructive knee surgeries (luxated patella). All employees are kind to my dogs and generous with their time. I would happily recommend this Vet to anyone. The only thing I may suggest to a new patient is to be aware that Dr. Natt won't be talking baby-talk to your dog. Some people may find his bed-side manner a little reserved. I've known him now long enough to know that he genuinely cares for his patients and he is amazing at what he does. Both surgeries were an absolute success and I'm very grateful to him.

Second visit to this vet clinic. Wow, what an arrogant jerk Dr Natt is! The first visit was with a traveling doctor (Shapiro) who was awesome. Aside from redundant charges, Dr Natt did not explain what my cat needed, but instead asked me "What do you want to do?" I told him I was looking for professional veterinary guidance (duh). If I'd known what my cat needed and was able to do it, why would I spend $600 on a vet?!? The staff is fantastic and tried to make the situation better for me; they were visibly embarrassed by this jerk's behavior.Spend your money on a vet that actually cares about your animlas and is not a nightmare to deal with.

DR. NATT SAVED OUR DOG'S LIFE!! Another 10-Star rating for Dr. Natt and his staff. We are so very, very grateful for his love and care for our dogs. One of our dogs was hit by a car and sustained multiple issues in many places. Because this happened at night without our knowledge, she was taken by "good samaritans" to the United Animal Emergency Hospital in Campbell. As soon as Dr. Natt learned of the accident, he called me immediately to check in with us. Thank God he could do the surgery for our dog, so we brought her back to Serra Vet Hospital for further care. Not only was Dr. Natt and his staff caring and compassionate towards all of us, but also performed a very successful (and long) surgery on our dog who is now on the road to recovery. Thank you, Dr. Natt and Staff! You really have our pets' interests at heart. Bottomline is that our dog is okay now. Our overnight charge at the Campbell vet hospital was $1,200 versus a 7 night hospital stay PLUS surgery, x-rays, meds, everything at Serra Vet for well under $4,000. Please do the math. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Natt and Staff at Serra Vet Hospital....YOU ARE THE BEST!! THANK YOU!!

Dr. Natt and his staff are wonderful! Our dog stresses easily at times and can be very challenging to work with. She had a complete tear in her knee and needed surgery. The doctor and his staff were very patient with her and it put my mind at ease leaving her in their care. She loves to take walks and she can do that now with no limping! I am very grateful to Dr. Natt and his wonderful team:)
