I had a great experience. It was my first visit and they will now become our animal hospital. The staff was very friendly and the veterinarian, Dr. Fox was GREAT. He took his time with us, answered questions and was a great help with our Dachshund. He even called the next afternoon to check how she was progressing.

Excellent service, we are new to the area and since moving here, we've taken both our babies (dogs) to them more than several times. The staff and doctors are great with both pets and people; they really do understand that our pets are family and treat accordingly! We were even able to bring them a stray that they happily scanned for a chip and when he didn't have one, they gave us great recommendations as to where we could take him until his owner could be found. Having this info actually led to finding his owner and in a shorter period of time than if we had not known the best place to take him! We highly recommend!!

Dr. Fox is amazing. Quickly came up with a solution for Tyler's bout of upset stomach. and the new vet offices are beautiful and user friendly. Thank you Dr. Fox, Tyler is feeling so much better!!

When we first moved to Temecula back in 2006, we went to a veteranarian in the Stater Bros shopping center because our dog Jack was feeling lethargic and was gaining a lot of weight. We thought that he may be diabetic but this vet said that he was fine and to place him on a light diet. We left his office not at all satisfied. We then discovered Butterfield Animal Hospital and Dr. Kalthoff! He ran some tests and immediately diagnosed Jack with a hyper-thyroid condition. He prescribed some medication and after a while, Jack was on his way back to his active, "skinny" self! Jack has since gone to doggy heaven and we take our chihuahuas Duke and Dexter to Butterfield and have always received excellent care! Butterfield is accommodating, professional and has a nice staff. Keep up the great work!!
