Incredibly knowledgeable staff took a great deal of time on two separate occasions to discuss the trouble I was having with my dog (once when he was a baby pup and once when a bit older). Explored numerous options with me and we came up with a best probable solution - that sent me looking for a different brand outside their store. So, they're willing to recommend based on what's actually best for the animal, not based just on what they carry in stock. I absolutely will go back, even though we've moved out of the immediate area.
