Dr Jansen is a GOD-SEND! I love this clinic and all the staff. They are so caring and so consistent which is one of the things I love most. Our dog has had major surgery at their hands and he has recovered as though it never happened. They were tough on me when I wanted to wiggle around the post-op instructions a little and I appreciate them all the more for it. I tried 2 other Vet's before I found them and wish I had found them first. I would recommend them to anyone and have!

Compassion, professionalism and a sincere desire to deliver appropriate veterinary needs at affordable costs. I have always been comfortable with the doctors and staff at this facility. However, what influenced me to post tonight is that as my dog recovers from surgery I go to give her a kiss on the head and I can smell so many different perfumes. This tells me that in addition to giving my dog the care she needed, many people (with their hands and hugs) cared, showed affection for, expressed concern and offered encouragement to my dog throughout her ordeal. Priceless. Thanks.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS HERE!!!!! Just returned from a weeks vacation and left our small dog here. When I arrived at 9:30 Monday morning the girl said she hadn't had time to take her out to potty yet. I then asked when she was last out yesterday and her reply was............. "I start around 3:00 or 4:00 because we close at 5:00" What?????? My dog hadn't been out by 9:30 in the morning and was last out around 3 or 4 the day before???? Are you kidding me?? Then we get home and she drinks a whole bowl of water. I am very upset about this and still asking myself what I paid them $200 for boarding for. If only pets could talk............

They were through & kind with our babies and it was nowhere near what other Vets cost.

I've been going to the same Vet for 10 years and in this economy I could not afford his prices to have my puppy spayed (400.00) and he would not even consider my request for a discount. I felt even the smallest discount would have been appropriate. So, I took my little love bug to SOUTH TEMECULA VETERINARY HOSPITAL on a recommendation and the rest is history! I love everyone I met.
