Wonderful experience; I took my cat there due to his abnormal sluggish and very shaky behavior and the physician and his staff was able to identify my cat's problem, and now he's his old self again; Thank you.

Today started out like most Sundays ....relaxed, family day until our 9 month old puppy"Buddy" was seriously injured. We have never been in a situation like today thank God. We had no idea where to go on a Sunday so we turned to GOOGLE....We found the Animal Emergency Clinic-Victorville (Ridgecrest Business Park) was open and took our Buddy there. What we experienced was nothing short of cold and callous. The cold-war attitude front desk lady had no immediate concern for our situation her number 1 priority was establishing MONEY and How much of it we had . She started throwing out figures into the thousands IMMEDIATELY without assessing our injured Buddy. We of course left quickly realizing this was a place more concerned on how much money they could cash in on instead of doing a simple assessment and being the Veterinary professionals realizing we were in a panic mode for our family pet. We had phoned friends and were reminded of PETS MART-Banfield Pet hospital in Apple Valley off bear valley rd....so we quickly took Buddy there. Unbelievable the difference...as soon as the nurse saw Buddy she immediately brought him in started oxygen and #1 goal was stabilizing Buddy. The Doctor who left for lunch was immediately called back...They treated Buddy with compassion and true care...Once the situation was settled they of course gave us our bill and set us up with what possible fees we were looking at for BUDDYS RECOMMENDED continued care. Its sad that the Animal Emergency Clinic-Victorville ( Ridgecrest Business Park) is only worried 100% about money hopefully those who read will avoid this establishment and seek care for their beloved pets from places like the location Pets Mart off Bear Valley Rd.. Buddy will need surgery and it will be costly however I am glad to give my hard earned money to Experts in the Veterinary field who exhibit true care and compassion for animals...

After our cat was critically injured while riding in the dryer we took him to the Animal Emergency Clinic. If there has ever been a critter with three of his four feet in the grave it was Frisky. He was treated effectively and recovered well enough to return to his past practice of sleeping in the dryer. Dr Edwards and his staff were wonderful. It's great they were open on Saturday. I'd recommend the Animal Emergency Clinic and give it five stars

My dog had been hit by a car. I took him here after leaving vca. The doctor was direct and encouraging. He was well taken care of and looks much better now. Thank you for your help in saving him.
