Dr. Robison is an excellent cat doctor. At first she felt "rough around the edges" to us too but over time we have learned to appreciate her input/expertise/recommendations. She is great at taking care of our cats, proposing fairly priced treatment options and helping us understand all our options - and encouraging us to make the most practical/logical/compassionate choices. She doesn't sugar-coat things but she is great at what she does and that's what matters! We value her input and opinions and are happy to take all three of our cats to her.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and she is far from what people have said about her. I was so scared to go to her at first but after I saw how she treated my cat, I became very impressed. She is so gentle and so nice. She is really very detailed oriented and checks everything. Above all, my cat does not even fringe when she pets her. My cat is really scared of her own shadow since she had been abused when we rescued her.

This vet has a serious lack of social skills. I guess she thought by being a vet instead of a doctor she wouldn't have to deal/talk with people. Wrong! More importantly, she said she would call back 'in a couple of days' with my cat's test results. She didn't. I had to call her after 5 days and then she was rude. Seems that once she had my money from the initial visit/exam, she conveniently forgot about us and no longer cared. Just an old spinster/crazy cat lady who's in it for the money and only caring for her own cat(s). Very sad and unfortunate.

Wasn't impressed! Didn't feel the love for cats!
