I brought my 12 y/o female dog in. Was sold a "Senior Care Package". Way too expensive for the services provided. The vet seemed very knowledgeable. Was also very nice. However had to call back 4 times to talk to him. He also misdiagnosed my dog. The front office is a trainwreck. Needs serious help. Sent my dog's records to someone I had never heard of. When I asked why, was told when someone calls the "assume" it's the owner of the dog. I think you can do better
I TAKE MY 14-YEAR OLD DOG HERE TO HAVE HER ANAL GLANDS SECRETED AND TOE NAILS CLIPPED. IT IS ALWAYS A $71.00 CHARGE, WHICH INCLUDES HER SEDATION MEDICATION. I SPENT OVER $1000 HERE LAST YEAR DUE TO THIS SAME PROBLEM. I JUST HAD HER GLANDS SECRETED AND 3 DAYS LATER SHE WAS SCOOTING AGAIN. AND THIS WEEK, THE SAME. AND LAST TIME, IT WAS THE SAME. SO I CALLED TO ASK IF I CAN BRING HER BACK IN (AT NO CHARGE) AND THEY REFUSED, SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME, AGAIN. I TOLD THEM I CAN NOT AFFORD $112.00 TO HAVE THIS DONE TWICE A MONTH (THE VET ONLY SAID IT HAS TO BE ONCE A MONTH)YOU DO THE MATH.. SO, INSTEAD OF BEING REASONABLE ABOUT IT AND SECRETING HER AGAIN AT NO CHARGE (GROOMERS CHARGE NO MORE THAN $15.00,)THEY REFUSED SO I FINDING A NEW VET . TO LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR THIS I THINK....STINKS.
The first time I went to this hospital was with mooser a big black and white kitty that had torn his fur and skin right of his hein leg. they fixed him right up and although $600 at that time was a lot of money for me he made a great recovery and is still prancing around. Now mooser moved with the kids but today I have four cats, two dogs and a bird and everyone except the Bird is super well taken care off. early morning late night just before closing you could not ask for a better vet. If I have questions and I do lot when I feel my kids are sick they always take the time to put me though to the doc at no charge and explain the situation. mostly I do not have to bring them in but get educated what to look for. great team. very friendly and Dr. herbeck and Dr norlasco always shared the cats and looking after them and the dogs are Dr Norlascos job although he helped save one of my kittynapped kittys leg by finding me the best surgent out there and reattaching the bones to the knee. the vaccine clinic makes keeping current cheaper than seeing the Dr every time and I have not boarded or groomed my animals there. They have a separate place for that. This is purely a doc office for us and the best we could have ever wanted. Oh and we bought our dogfood the prescription diet there till i found something cheaper onine with free delivery :-D got to save where you can. all you furry creature are in good hand there.
Fantastic Vet! Love the service!
