I have taken my dogs here for a few reasons. At one point I brought in a tub full of puppies. This place is very welcoming and caring. Also very patient dealing with pups! The staff is full of knowledge and ready to help with anything they can. Great place!
Great Staff that has always took great care of my 3 golden retrievers,
Excellent Animal Clinic! Staff are very friendly, pricing is right & scheduling is excellent. No complaints!
Great Place! The staff here really know how to take care of animals. As far as the other three reviews, obviously all by the same person, chihuahuas are known to have horrible pain tolerances and cry about any and everything. They usually aren't friendly dogs, especially if raised by hispanic women. The staff here are knowledgeable and offer a very wide array of great services for your pet.
I would give the doctors a 4 out of 5 but stay away from the vet techs here. A blonde female vet tech and a male vet tech hurt my dog severely. I went in for a routine heartworm test which means they had to take blood out. It was no big deal since I had came with my dog many times before. My dog is a 4lb, 10yr old chihuahua who can be fiesty when he's afraid. First they told me that they were going to take my dog into a different room and somebody would restrain him which first of all they have never done before and second of all I want to see what you're doing to my dog so i disagreed and they did it in front of me. The male vet tech came in and put a muzzle on him, he strapped it so tight my dog screamed. I told him I would hold him because I always hold him and he was freaking out and screaming and they told me no that they could restrain him. The male vet tech didn't even look for a vein on my dog to draw blood from he just poked him and surprise surprise no blood came out he didn't do it right so he started swirling the needle INSIDE of my dog to see if he could find a vein and my poor dog started screaming! I was in shock from what i was seeing i couldn't even move. Finally I was fed up and told them to give me the dog back and the blonde vet tech said "no its ok this is normal". Of course my dog freaked out even more and she started choking him! I told them give me the dog now and he pulled out the needle and when he pulled it out he "accidentally" stabbed my dog again with the needle in the neck. My dog started bleeding like crazy because of that and then she pinches him really hard where the blood is coming out and says "its ok i'm just pinching him like this because i dont want him to bleed out cause he's a lil guy" i was in shock. There was more blood all over my dogs blanket in test than in the tube that it was supposed to be in. I took my dog and I left. Never have I had such a horrible experience. Its been twelve hours since the visit and my dog cant walk because of how much pain he's in. He screams when he tries to move and his arm is twitching and moving by itself. If you care about your dogs life look for a vet somewhere else because these vet techs DO NOT CARE. they are HORRIBLE VET TECHS.
