This is the BEST place for my 4 dogs. All of their docs are beyond competent, they work as a team, they MAKE availability for you. Dr. Roeber, Dr Shuman, Dr. Rideout, all of the vet techs to the front office - they are the best!

I adore Alpine Animal Hospital and all of it's doctors there. I have been taking my pets there for 10+ years. Dr. Shuman, Dr. Roeber, Dr. Rideout, Dr. Berkovitz, Dr. Maker, and their intern are all amazing. They provide great medicine while taking into consideration what your financial situation is. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. Their facility is amazing!

Dr. Shuman is an amazing veterinarian and I trust her completely with the care of my animals. I travel 2.5 hours to see bring my dog to her for all of her veterinary needs. Today she completed a root canal and removed a splinter from her nail bed which had been causing an ongoing infection. I cannot believe how well my dog did with the anesthesia! She woke with no problems and is back to her peppy self almost immediately. Never has she done so well than she has in Dr. Shuman's care. Her techs are amazing as well and I love the fact that they are so thorough in charting and monitoring the anesthesia. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shuman and Alpine Animal hospital. They are efficient, caring, and have great communication. If you need an awesome vet or vet dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Shuman!
