We had to have out beloved pet put to sleep this morning. Everyone was so kind and caring during this very difficult time for us. We were blessed to have had her for 17 wonderful years. Thank you to Dr. Fitzpatrick.

I would not recommend this Particular Banfield to anybody. The Doctor that owns this clinic is a horrible person and does not treat her employees and the clients animals very well. She does not care about the well being of the animals, I have personally seen her turn people away for not having sufficient funds to care for their pets and talk bad about them to her employees in the back, which I found to be very unprofessional. So if you care about your pet DON'T take them to this particular Banfield.

Went in waited an hour after my appt time to be seen, then the vet came in and told me to give my dog over the counter meds that I originally asked to receptionist for the dosage. Now I have to take my dog in again, because they didnt look at her long enough and she is worse. Basically wasted 35 bucks to sit in an uncomfortable chair for an hour, then have them tell me something that I wanted to know for free. Thanks for nothing!

If you care at all about your pets avoid this place! They're reluctant to answer question and get irritated if you insist on being told what's going on. The wellness plan is a huge ripoff and you'll regret signing up. You'll think that they have your pets best interests in mind, but in fact they're only interested in charging you as much as possible for the least amount of effort! The star rating doesn't go low enough for this place. It's a disgrace to all truely professional vets that places like this are allowed to treat pets!
