I've been taking my Corgi here for many years and have had the opportunity to be seen by many of the physicians. Everyone of them have been wonderful! The front desk staff and interns are also fabulous! I recommend you look into the wellness plan if you have a young pet who needs a lot of vaccinations.

Watch out! This company only wants your money. I have never been charged $500 for one office visit. I had to fight to get it down to $300. They tried to force me into some annual plan that cost $400 to "save some money"... a plan that auto-renews unless you call to cancel. The nurse was kind to us. I liked her. But the receptionist guy was a total jerk (I think he hates his job). All-in-all, 2 hours and $300 later found me running, not walking, out of that office... never to return.

Chose this Banfield over two closer ones based on reviews and am happy I did. They fit us in same day, she was treated gently and professionally, and while they presented their Wellness plan, it seemed genuinely informative rather than a hard sell. I recommend Dr. MacNeil and this staff without reservation!

They have taken great care of my dog. I don't have to wait a week to get an appointment for my dog and they did a much better job diagnosing her than my other vet. I spent hundreds at my other vet trying to figure out that she had allergies. Plus with my wellness plan I'm not paying $50 a visit like my other vet. And Jen loves them!

Even though I ended up having to put my 8lb Havanese "asleep" because she was just so sick, Dr.De Jaynes could not have been any more caring and compassionate. We were seen immediately each and every time we visitied. Her concern was genuine and I feel she did all that was possible to treat my beloved "Allie".I will never forget her kindness.
