The staff at Bijou Animal Hospital are amazing. We've been taking our two dogs here for about a year. They truly care about animals and it shows. Recently one of our dogs needed surgery and stayed at the hospital for 4 days afterward. We visited him every day and saw first hand just how much these people care for the well-being of their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone I know. I also feel their prices are reasonable compared to other places in town.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Colvin and Dr Miller for over 12 yrs. now they have kept my animals healthy and did not charge me an arm & a leg when it was something more serious. I firmly believe they saved my chihuahua's life when she developed a serious infection. And I have found the office staff to be friendly and helpful without fail. They will have my patronage and all the referrals I can send their way as they are a good bunch of caring compassionate people.

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is that they got me an appointment quickly. I took my cat in for her first wellness check-up since adopting her. The desk staff were rude, and couldn't manage to spell my cat's name correctly, even after I repeated it several times. The doctor was in and out of the exam room in less than five minutes. She never asked about behavior, diet, elimination, medical history, etc, which I'm assuming is kind of important during a wellness exam. No feedback on weight, coat condition, or anything of the sort. No aftercare instructions for the vaccinations received. No opportunity to ask questions. She didn't even take a temperature. As a first time cat owner, I was really hoping for a little validation on how I'm doing. I am very disappointed, especially after all the positive reviews, and will not be returning.

I have taken my cat here for several years and they have always done the best they can to solve my issues. Some may have been unsolvable but they always tried and at a reasonable price. Never had anyone be rude to me either. I recently got a pair of gerbils and they are willing to help with their needs as well! They may not be specialized in small animal care but they are willing to do what they can!

I have used Bijou Animal Hospital for over a year now...and wouldn't dream of going to another clinic in the Springs. My favorite doc by far is Dr. Bausch...she is so compassionate and wonderful. I really appreciate the fact that she looks for the simplest solutions first and then moves on to more invasive (and expensive) methods if the first methods don't work. When my elderly lab had to have extensive a dental procedure she personally called me back to check on him....that truly reflects the level of caring of the Bijou Animal Hospital staff.
