I have been going to Briargate Veterinary Clinic for 15 years. I have always been very pleased with their services and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond for my pets many many times. I recommend all of the vets there. They always give me all of the treatment options available and let me decide which one to do. My 10 year old dog, Jordan, is currently getting laser therapy for his arthritis. We are so excited because he had such good results that he is off of his Rimadyl and feeling so much better. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I adopted a dog from PPHS last December. It was a rough go at first but all the staff and Vets at the clinic were very helpful and understanding. From tummy trouble, to extreme separation anxiety they helped me through it all. They listened and responded quickly and compationately to all my questions and concerns. I am happy to report I have a happy well adjusted pup and Briagate Vet Clinic played a big role in that. I highly recommend them! Thanks!

We have been clients of Briargate Vet Clinic for more than 15 years. They have taken care of 6 cats for us, as well as several guinea pigs, a hedgehog,turtle and hamsters. We usually see Dr. Flenniken, but when we've had emergency sick visits, all of the other vets have also been terrific. Dr. Flenniken treats our silly kitties like they were HIS silly kitties. He always makes sure we know the pros and cons of any treatment he is suggesting, and listens to our concerns. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and always very helpful in person and on the phone.

Great care-the desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and the clinical staff are so caring, professional and reasonable. We've been going to this clinic for 12 years-it really says something that the staff is consistent and stable. They're not just animal people-they're people people too.

Where to start. I would give this place no stars if I could. My dog went in for an operation to remove a growth on his neck. When we picked him up it looked like they had cut his neck off. I have never in my like seen such a terrible job. Drainage took days to stop. Then a few days after that he started losing hair on his leg. Looked like mange. Took him back and found out they had burned him during the operation. Of course they tried to blame us at first until they admitted it was them. Miracle he is still alive. Reading all these five star ratings makes me laugh.
