We have been using Centennial for several years for our dog and now more recently our two cats, one of which has been having some "litter box issues". The staff has been extremely helpful and compassionate, the DR. spent a great deal of time trying to help us find helpful solutions for our beloved Ziggy. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I have received here.
Poor experience here time and again. We finally decided to leave. The vet techs and staff are not very friendly, helpful or compassionate. For the quality of service you receive, CAH is overpriced. If you want quality customer service, good communication and accommodations, look elsewhere.
I love how knowledgeable and friendly the staff and vets are here. They are very conservative, yet proactive... a good balance of each! We had been taking our golden retriever to the Briargate Animal Clinic off of Briargate Blvd, but had a suspicion they were charging too much for random stuff and wanting to have all kinds of unnecessary work done, just to get more money. So, we took her to the Centennial Clinic and have had fabulous results ever since. She has even had surgery there now (to remove some hardware in her knee from a TPLO surgery and to remove a growth from her eye), and it was at a fraction of the cost her old clinic would've charged, no doubt! Centennial even has a "laser" there, which is useful in removing warts and other minor skin concerns. I give Centennial 5 stars for their helpfulness, conservativeness, prices, and knowledge! :)
The staff and vets at Centennial Animal Hosptial have gone above and beyond for our two dogs on more than one occassion. The clinic is always very clean, and the staff have been very compassionate with our blind Husky. Once, after a grooming appointment, when we could not pick up our Bichon before closing, they boarded her overnight without a fuss. And they have worked with us to find treatments that would cost less when our budget was very tight. Hard to beat that kind of service.
We went in for puppy check up this was our first visited since we moved to north side of town. They take our lab to the back and muzzled her because she was very aggressive, than did not tell us about it until end of visit. Our lab is a sweet heart and has been great temperament at our previous vet. The veterinarian look at our lab in the back and did not check her out in the room, and did not give us any answers on due date, what to look for with infection, and any basic information. For their expense services they do not provide a lot of service, and worse of all our dog was not treated properly.
