I came here on a voucher and I am so thankful I did, simply so not a dime of my own money went to this place! Where to start... The Doctor. (they had two when I was in, I saw the owner Dr. Germeroth). I am new to pet owning and had questions. You would think the vet would be who you would ask. Do not waste your time with that here. She will treat you like you are the dumbest person on earth. My questions we're simple too (heart-worm, flea and tic, vaccines when etc....) I felt as though she was completely annoyed with even having to waste her time seeing me. (why is she even in the business if this is how she feels). After countless sighs, eye rolls and backing to the door I asked one last question. All the commercials and pet stores push grain free while the internet pushes raw. So I asked her for her opinion (which she feels way to comfortable giving on any subject..) and I got blasted. I mean blasted! "They cant put anything on the internet if it isnt true" as she lectures me referring to the commercial (?). All while I was simply asking because the internet and pet stores were pushing so hard. I figure Id get information from the place you figure would know best, right? Well wrong. I got blasted, yelled at and no true information. Also in my time in that office... My money would NEVER go to a place that thinks its ok to treat her employees the way she does. I have read through reviews of this place... I would assume the front staff is "unfriendly" based on the treatment they receive from this overly opinionated doctor. Now speaking of the front Staff. I had spoke with the older lady when making my appointment. I had high hopes. She was friendly, helpful and informative. I arrived to a young man. Im not sure if he knew if I had a dog, a raccoon or an elephant. He asked questions completely unrelated. I had to repeat myself. He ignored me to flirt with another woman who I am not sure if was an employee or not? She was behind the desk, Maybe a visiting girl friend? She did answer a phone but never greeted to anyone in the lobby, nor was she dressed for the job? I am not sure her roll.... I would expect some professionalism and knowledge of the job to the first impression. I will not go back or would I recommend this place. Lack of class and professionalism.

Was a great experience. My dog cut his pad really bad half dozen staples later and we were done. All the staff were all great!!!! If I lived here longer I would send more people to them.

Always helpful and honest. Very reasonable fees and no hidden charges. No services performed of they're not needed. If you're looking for someone to hug you and comfort you, it's not here. They are there for the comfort of the animal.

These guys really are good; gave an light (very) extra tooth cleaning to my Sparkle (Sparky) Friendly veternarians. Low Prices. Changed my ratings. . May edit this review later. They do keep the prices low which is in their favor. My dog died after 18 yrs and this dog was special so I was unhappy at 1st but these guys were helpful and business like. Affordable is the name of this place and this is a very good thing.

Excellent clinic :-) They obviously love animals! Kept tests & meds to a minimum, treated my guy with the same concern I would. Our new vet :-)
