My dog was admitted for surgery there after being attacked by another dog. the receptionist was very polite. The Doctor does not listen to what people ask for. After the surgery my dog had a limp on the right front leg. I asked that they xray that leg and paid for the X-ray. The Doctor x-rayed the neck area instead. When I came in and asked why she x-rayed the neck instead of the foot she said because she thought that is where the problem is. I told her that is not what I asked to get xrayed she said she understood what I wanted but thought that she should xray the neck because she thought the problem was there. She offered to rexray. I didn't want a person that doesn't listen to what I ask for working on my dog. At another vet we found that my dog had a broken paw, that by then, had healed wrong. Thanks for not listening to your customers and always being right. The Docter there is a Mrs know it all.

went in to get shoots for my dog but a few days later my dog had "somehow, magically" contracted a skin disease. Had to take my dog to a specialist and spent 600 bucks to find a cure. And now have to spend 50 bucks every month for my dog's steroid pills. Never going back. the lady doctor is clueless in what she is doing.

Every time I've taken my lab there, the staff has been friendly the care has been excellent, and we've had no problems at all. There are vets much closer, but this is the first place we went to and we haven't looked anywhere since.

The vet man handled my puppy when he had an ear infection, cauing him to cry, bleed and snap at her (he's NOT an aggressive dog at all). THe clinic never faxed our dogs heartworm prescriptions when requested. Also, our youngest needed to be seen for an injury during normal business hours and they want to charge us an emergency fee since we were calling for a same day appt. I have since found a new vet in town and will never go back to this awful place.
