Be aware if you don't want the extra vaccines or THEIR products, they will give you attitude. Dr. Wynn is very condescending in talking to me. Hard to explain, she just speaks to me in a very condescending manner- like I have never had a dog or been to a vet..it is insulting. Today, the nurse tried to drag- yes DRAG- my Rhodesian Ridgeback to the back for blood work. I asked her to stop and told her if she tries to force him, he will not go. The doc agreed to let the work be done in the room with me. It took the doc several times putting the needle in and out. While it was in, she moved it around several times- making my poor pup yelp and turn his head quick- he did not bite her or even try. She was very angry and yelled at him. She then called me hun several times, telling me I needed to move so he didn't bite me. I informed her that he won't bite me, I am not the one hurting him. The nurse actually moved herself in front of me, pushing me out of the way. My RR doesn't let me out of his sight, especially at a vet, so I have seen shots and blood taken many times- never like this. Needless to say, we won't be back. I would not recommend this place to someone who loves their pets like their kids.

Dr. Wynn and her staff have been incredible with my dogs! They make it a point to build relationships with the pets they see, as well as get to know the pets' owners. I have been continuously impressed with their care, attention to detail, knowledge, and desire to do what is best for the animals. I can always trust that my dogs will be well taken care of and looked after while they are there!

I just got a new puppy a few months ago and I found Timberview near my house to bring her. Dr. Wynn and Amanda are both great with her and do everything they can to make sure that she is cared for the best way possible. They take time to explain everything about what they sell and recommend without being pushy so you can make the right decision. I recommend this place to anyone.

I am very glad I found Dr. Wynn and Amanda at Timberview Animal Hospital. Dr. Wynn has a great bedside manner and explains things in a way that makes sense. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new vet in the Springs area to visit Timberview.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wynn and Amanda. I had an older cat who very near the end of his life. I cannot even begin to express the kindness and compassion I received. If you need a competent, compassionate and caring vet, I would highly recommend this office. There are no words to express my gratitude.
