Please read this post before taking your loved one here! I've gone to this clinic a few times and have always enjoyed my experience with the veterinarians and techs until today. I strongly suggest that you pass this clinic up and choose another clinic. Yes, their prices are descent. However, I'd much rather pay a little more and get treated with respect then have co-owner Dominic Carrica DVM, work on my loved ones. My animals are my family and the way he treated me was horrible. It makes you wonder how he treats animals. I don't recommend Amigo Animal Clinic because of the way Dominic Carrica, DVM handled himself when I told them I didn't want him working on my animals. Please take this post into consideration and look at your options. There's a lot of choices out there and you don't have to settle for this clinic. It's in your animals best interest, I promise!

I have taken both of my dogs here since moving to Grand Junction and have been very impressed. Their prices are reasonable and they worked very well with both dogs.

This is by far the best animal clinic I have ever taken my pets to. I found them by accident when I have a kitten who broke her hip. I was in a very tough financial situation and could not afford the office visit and x rays. They were very understanding and did everything in their power to help me get all the care I needed for this kitten. Since then I have referred many friends and family. My mother had a dog she gifted to me and upon obtaining ownership I noticed he had tumors in and on his mouth. I took him in and they let me know they needed to be removed before they got any larger. Again, it was not an easy cost to afford ($500+) and they gave me a lot of information on ways that I can pay it. I ended up going with Care Credit which gave me 6 months no interest. Amigo Animal Clinic has taken care of my dog from start to finish making sure I knew everything I needed to know about his surgery and he has healed perfectly. Not only are they very professional, they are strongly compassionate and every single Veterinarian and Vet Technician there is in this business for all the right reasons. I could not ask for any more from my clinic. I will continue to spread the great word around and will use them for every animal I own now and in the future.

Dr. Wiseman and the staff at Amigo Animal Clinic are truly one of a kind! I have been taking my furry kids there for nearly 10 years...and me and my pets are always treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. Veterinarians come no better or finer than Dr. Wiseman! He is extremely good at what he does. He is thorough with my pets care, patient, sincere, compassionate and very skilled! The staff is always warm, friendly and helpful! The absolute best clinic to take your precious pets for their medical care is Amigo Animal Clinic!!!

I have been to quite a few animal clinics since moving here 15 years ago. Amigo Animal Clinic and Dr. Denise Norton is by far the best in town. They are the most compassionate and caring folks including their office staff. You cannot find a better clinic to care for your animals.
