I definitely came at the wrong time for a drop-in nail-clipping! They were discharging all of their surgery patients for the day, so I was fairly warned that there would be a wait. But one of the techs noticed my dog and I sitting there waiting and asked if we were the ones waiting for the nail-clipping, and she dropped whatever she had been doing and took my dog back, took care of her, brought her back, and got us checked out. Amidst the busy nature of that part of their day, it was obvious she cared enough to take the time to do something she didn't have to do, and she did it without rushing us or being impatient at all! The staff there are phenomenal! I will definitely be back (at any other time of the day!) Another visit I came before the PetSmart store had opened but someone let me in, I think she thought we had an appointment, which again we just walked in for a nail-clipping (I didn't realize the store didn't open at the same time!) But despite all that, they still took care of my needs! The price is high, and I don't feel they can address all my greyhound-specific needs (we have a wonderful vet elsewhere who can), but for services needed on a Saturday or for the occasional drop-in nail-clipping (which is a service my vet doesn't offer), I love the convenience of it, and the staff is always nice (even when my dog pees on the desk)!

I would like to comment negatively by saying the staff should all be tarred and feathered. The company should do an internal investigation on the severe lack of knowing how to handle irate customers like myself.
