Lets do this again. This places is horrible. I have had so many problems there with one tech. The one that has no teeth and glasses that look like goggles. I have been there a few times with my mother helping her with a sick dog. Yes the doctor is rude but most are. This place would be great if they lost staff members that don't care. Like the one I spoke of. Talking trash about other staff with clients. There are only two there recently that have been amazing a lady who has short brown hair and a new lady. They gave my family a great time. As for the rest that I have seen don't go when they are there. If the doctor had any clue what is good for her she would lose the rest of her staff and keep those two young ladies to run her place. Than it would get all the stars.

After spending $750 at her clinic for a late night emergency, she confronted me about why I was transfering my dog to his regular vet for surgery the next day and did not want her to do the surgery and said it was people like me that make it hard for her to stay in business. Needless to say, at the other vet clinic and after a second opinion, the obstruction in his intestine passed without the need for surgery afterall, and they saved my dog from having to undergo an unnecessary procedure. It was all about money at the emergency clinic and i have never been treated so rude in my life.

I took my two puppies that had parvo to the Animal Emergency room. Somehow they saved one and the other one died. A week and a half later I went to go and get my dog's ashes, they didn't have her there because the stupid brunet there didn't call to her brought there. So, after paying tons of money, I went there yesterday for a another puppy of mine, and the doctor thinks she is going to get money from me after killing one of my puppies. I don't recommend anyone going there. I'm going to suck this Dr. and her staff of everything they have!!!!!!!!!!! I will not pay another cent to them.

We took our dog in with puncture wound and all we seemed to get at was the cost, cost, cost! The doctor didn't even come in and examine the wound! What a waste of money! When you take someone, animal or person, in for an emergency you expect to be treated with sincerity, expecially due to the circumstances. Steer clear! They are rude and unprofessional! Rating- Zero stars
