Let me begin by saying we are more than protective with our four legged children and I trust the folks at PSAC completely! We've been with this clinic for about 30 years; they have been terrific with us through the good and the bad. They have my whole-hearted recommendation! The doctors and staff have constantly shown great care and support no matter why we were there. tendering loving care to our adventurous dogs and our VERY independent cat throughout the years they were with us, even coming in after hours to handle our last emergency! I cannot say enough good things about the staff - particularly Dr. Lorensen and Dr. Smith who helped ardent dog lovers learn everything about becoming cat people - not as easy as it sounds - when we were adopted by our little one. They are very willing to share knowledge and what they don't know, they research. The folks at the front desk have always been so friendly, patient and kind with everyone I've seen while waiting in the waiting room - which was quite a bit there for a while - that I wouldn't trade them for the world. Our only drawback is they spoiled our cat rotten when she boarded with them and now we have to maintain that same level of attention! :O) But what a great problem to have!

Absolutely Thank God for these people. I , being in rescue and show have worked with a ton of vets and staff. Never in my 44 years have I been 100% sure the very best care is being given to my furry kids as I am with Dr. Smith and EVERYONE at this Clinic.. Sandra and Kristen and All of them go ABOVE AND BEYOND their titles... They all truly LOVE ANIMALS..... Yes they are BUSY, BUSY and that speaks for itself.. Thank you and God Bless you ALL... I would NEVER recommend taking any kind of animal here we took our newfoundland here they did xrays and said she had swolled a rock and thst she would need surgery while in surgery they went ahead and spayed her while she was in heat. We took her home amd she got worse she wouldnt eat nothing we took her back they did xrays amd said that she had what appeared to be lung cancer and they sent us home to let here die they said there was nothing they could do for her. So we took her to springs to high plains vet and they did xrays she never had any fluid or what appeared to be cancer and she had a really bad infection from small animal clinic not sewing our dog up right the new vet said it was a mess the reason why she wouldnt eat for 13 days was because they didnt sew here up properly so if u love your animal never take them here unless you want to have a big bill to have to pay and no animal to show for amd rhere kennals we 're filthy

My dog was sick so I took her to an emergency vet clinic. She had Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, which is fatal if not treated immediately. The emergency vet clinic sent me to Pueblo Small Animal Clinic. My dog still had an IV in her vein and was sent with a bag of fluids that she had started and needed to finish. All of this information was relayed to PSAC via the emergency clinic and by myself. After knowing the severity of her condition, they told me that she would have to wait an hour before they would see her because they had never seen her before and they had scheduled appointments. I just moved to town so I don't have a regular vet. They did not show concern for my dog at all. I ended up taking her to another vet who said she needed immediate care and they treated her accordingly. Besides all of that, the place was extremely dirty. I would not suggest taking a hamster to this place. Terrible service.

Our dog had a medical emergency they where closed I was not aware of that has I rushed our dog to the nearest vet office the Dr. that was there checking on other animals seen me and unlocked the door and treated out dog and save her life, he did not care that they where closed just took care of out pet then worried about payment on monday during regular hrs
