The staff at this busy clinic is wonderful and caring, as are the doctors. They took great care of both our pet and our family as things went downhill with our sweet dog. We had to euthanize her after a short and serious illness, and as terrible and heart-wrenching as the experience was, Dr. Jodie Vetter and staff were kind, caring, and empathetic and made the experience a precious moment in our journey with our furry family member. I can't recommend them highly enough and am so grateful that they were there for our family and our Chloe.

After our cat climbed into a truck engine and got a bit beat up I called their emergency number and left a message. Dr. Jodie Vetter called me back promptly and was very helpful and calm with the situation. The next morning I took my cat in and Dr. Ken Hanks was very kind and sincere to us, he didn't pressure us and was very straight forward and honest about everything. After previous experiences with other vets I can't express how great it was with them. I hope to bring all of my pets in for care here as soon as possible and that this clinic has many prosperous years and happy gracious clients, as we are.
