We are new to Woodland Park and needed a new vet. I tried out the Animal Clinic of Woodland Park because it is close to my house and all the great reviews. I was very pleased with the service and the prices. Dr. Volz is great - practical and reasonable. Unlike ALL of our other vets, he does not try to guilt us into spending lots of money on things our pets don't need. We appreciate that and will certainly be back.

My dog couldn't walk and my regular vet couldn't fit him in so I called The Animal Clinic of Woodland Park. The staff told me to bring him right away no appt needed. Dr.Steiner was so compassionate and sincere when she was helping my dog. They got him on meds right away to help. Unfortunately what my dog has nothing can be done. One of the staff members gave me a number to call so we could possibly get a wheelchair made for him. The staff calls an checks on him . This my vet NOW!!!!!

Our dog was on death's doorstep when we brought him in to see Dr. Volz. Our other vet didn't know what was going on and didn't bother to do blood work. Our normally 135 pound lab was 99 pounds and couldn't walk when we brought him in for a second opinion before putting him down. They got us in right away and within an hour we were leaving with a dog who was diagnosed as severely diabetic. Within 2 days of being on regular insulin, he was eating, walking and not needing to be carried outside to go to the bathroom. Two months later, he is back up to 130 pounds, running around and feeling great. We will go nowhere else from now on.

What a nice office! And reasonably priced. I would recommend this practice 100%!

I have been going to Dr. Volz for years. I wouldn't think of shortening my drive time for someone closer and his staff is amazing! He has always been incredibly compassionate, kind and is a wonderful educator. Thanks to Dr. Volz and all the Staff at Animal Clinic of Woodland Park!
