I could write an essay about how fantastic my experiences have been with this practice, but I will try to keep this relatively short... Dr. Factor and his team saved my cat's life and I am forever grateful for them. My cat, Crookshanks, was suffering with urinary crystals and he had been in and out of different vets for a couple of months. After a very expensive and emotional trip to the Animal Emergency Center in Colorado Springs one night, we found this practice. Dr. Factor took us in immediately. He gave us a print-out of the planned procedure beforehand and everything was very reasonably priced. Theykept our kitty through the weekend (which was tremendous because no veterinary clinics are open on Sundays). Dr. Factor thoroughly explained every procedure, he called to let us know how everything was progressing and he even let us stop in and visit Crookshanks. Crookshanks is now healthier and happier than ever. Each person I've met in this clinic has been lovely, they accept CareCredit and Dr. Factor takes emergency calls. I never want to go to another vet and I have referred everyone I know to this practice.

I had the pleasure of working beside Dr. Michael Factor and Dr. Thompson over the summer. I learned a great deal from these two professionals by the way that they communicate with their clients, the standards they set for the practice, and their desire to help each patient as if it were their own. I loved coming in to work with Susi, Evi, Blaine, Cami, Nichole, Jackie, Casey, Bonnie and others. This highly accredited practice works extremely hard and is very good at what they do. I would recommend Animal Medical Center of Woodland Park to everyone!

We Love animal Medical Center. Dr Thompson and Dr Factor are a great Team and their care and knowledge for our pets is excellent.

I can't say anything about the other vets at this location but DO NOT use Dr. Factor unless you are particularly keen on being overcharged, insulted, made to feel inferior and left with a bad taste in your mouth. I do not believe that Dr. Factor had my cat's best interest at heart. I feel duped for participating in his free cat exam. I DO NOT feel that he adequately takes the time to explain charges or plans and fear mongers you into tests. He was very rude and EXTREMELY condescending towards me once I told him I was going to another vet.

I brought my dog in to have a splint changed... When I did... Everyone there was very nice and friendly so I was really pleased at first... Until I got my dog home and the splint nearly slid right off... So I called them and brought her in the next day to have it done again... get home.. Same thing happened except this time it was so loose that the plastic splint broke.. I called them AGAIN and they said they were going to have to charge me for the splint..... Charge me for changing the splint that they messed up twice already... As if it wasn't enough of an inconvenience for me to take her up there every day to have it redone and jackie on the phone didn't seem to understand at all why I was upset about having to pay for it.... Mostly Nice people... Very Bad business.
