I cannot express adequately in words our sincere gratitude and appreciation for everything that Dr. Bertolino and her staff did for our family. They are a compassionate and truly caring staff and do not rush you into any decisions but rather talk you through the options and listen to your concerns. We can honestly say that our dog would not be alive today if it weren't for the efforts and guidance of Dr. Bertolino and her staff. They are the best!

I would like to thank the Emergency Vet for the way they handled the passing of our boy Jackson. A few things really set them apart. First and most important is compasion: they handled a sensitive and emotional situation with respect and concern. Secondly the whole staff was sensitive to my needs. Third the Vet herself listened. Unfortunately my wife was away and the vet listened to stories I had about Jackson and sat with me until I was ready to go. This made a very painful situation, less painful. Keith Burlington CT
