I would not recommend bringing your pet to this animal hospital. I have been a customer here for 5 years and will be leaving. I brought my dog because she had an ear infection and paid the $60 for the visit and then another $100 for meds, which is fine. At the end of the visit the Manager came in and asked me if I would like my dogs ears cleaned, I said that would be great bc then i will know how to do it. So she put the cleaner on a cotton swab and cleaned the ear for less than 30 secs on each side. When I get home I see that the Manager charged me $45 for an ear cleaning. I am trying to get my money back, they said since it wasnt a deep cleaning they could give me $20 back but I feel taken advantage of. This is not how you treat people that have been coming to you for years. Thats bad business.

This place is ridiculous! Our 3 pets had been patients there for many years. Took my dog there today - limping on his front paw. They would not treat him because they said he needed shots, stool sample, blood work, etc to the tune of $500, I said I did not have that kind of $ right now - can't we just treat his paw & update the shots later? They said NO!! They will only treat pets that are current on all their standards (which are ridiculous)! They let my poor baby limp right out of there!! That is caring about animals??? Bull *#%#!!!!! I will never go back there again!!

We've been going there for years, and have always had a good experience, both with veterinary care and boarding. The entire staff, including the vets, are clearly animal-lovers, and treat each case with interest and compassion. Don't let the 'franchise' aspect fool you -- it concerned me at first. There's nothing 'franchise-y' about the way these doctors practice medicine. They are as caring and personal with the animals as a small-town veterinarian would be.
