All Friends was recommended to us when my 13 year old mix breed became suddenly unable to walk, eat or drink. This is my experience; Reception: Wonderful! They were so sweet and were able to get us in just a few hours later, even though we had never been there before. State of the Hospital: Beautiful & clean! It's laid out wonderfully, with a large reception area and many doors for quick exits. There were quite a few people there and I didn't have to worry about being approached by other animals at all. There was also an area outside the hospital designated solely for animals to "do their business". Wait time: I was in an exam room within 5 minutes. The Technicians. OUTSTANDING! They were super nice & caring, being very gentle with my dog and consoling me while I cried. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. LOVE THEM! The Vets: AMAZING! And very very kind. Our past vets, over the last 5 years or so had suddenly started acting like used car salesman, trying to get us to buy a bunch of unnecessary crap. The vets here never tried to sell me anything at all! Not only that, but they never rushed me, they spent a lot of time with her and loved on her a lot. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Other awesome features: They have an in-house lab!!!!! I have never seen the costs of blood work so low! All the things we were charged for were more than reasonably priced, after living in California, I would say VERY inexpensive! I expected everything to be super expensive because of how freaking awesome the whole experience was! They also have "Pet Portal" an online feature that allows you to view and print your pets records, see when they are due for vaccines have prescriptions refilled and mailed to you even! There is a lot more about that site, it's really super cool! Sorry about this super long review, there is just so many awesome things to say about them! If you are military, and new to the area, I promise, the drive out to Norwich is totally worth it, All Friends Animal Hospital has set a very high bar for veterinary practices, imo :)

Can't even begin to say enough good things about this place. I've been there in good times and times that were difficult and they have always shown nothing but kindness, professionalism, and compassion. My Rottie Kassi LOVES to go see them and I think would stay if I let her. Thanks to all of them and for all you do!

Everyone at All Friends is always so happy to see my pets when we visit. They make us feel welcomed. The prices are quite reasonable, as I have compared them to other local vets. The staff makes sure all our animals needs are met. We will always keep coming back to All Friends!

I have been going to All Friends Animal Hospital ever since they started out on Dunham St. They recently underwent a change in management, and Dr.Melgey no longer owns the business. That said, I cannot praise the vets and staff enough. I practically live there with my plethora of cats and recently deceased Dalmatian of 14 years. They have always gotten me in for service when needed, and they have been more than accomodating about emergencies when I just show up at their door first thing in the morning with a sick pet. The new owners have added a great touch to the business and I love them all! They are a great compassionate bunch.
