I have no complaints for the service the Veterinarians have provided at high ridge animal hospital. But the poor service the front desk offers. I have been talked down to, and ignored by the girls at the front desk. Good service begins at the front desk, and if you have ignorant rude receptionist how do you expect to have clients come back? I do not recommend this place, I currently go to Davis Animal hospital and they are far more interested in keeping clients there; than Dr. Garman is.

We know one of the veterinarians here. She and all of the other DVMs have been wonderful. We have recommended High Ridge to our friends and family (my cousins boarded their labrador with High Ridge for a couple nights). They also care for both of our rescue dogs. We are very happy with the veterinary care, boarding, and customer service. We love the people at the front desk. They have always been friendly and attentive with our family. Moderately expensive, but worth every penny so far.

I have been bringing my pets, mainly my dog, but birds also, to HRAH for over a year now. I have had appts with all of the doctors and they are all great. The staff at the front desk is equally as great. They are the reason I chose this animal hospital. When searching for a vet, I randomly walked into several offices in the High Ridge/Stamford area, and got the best reception and information at High Ridge Animal Hospital. That sealed the deal for me, and I have been very happy with their services ever since!
