Dr. Charlotte and her staff were overwhelmingly empathetic when I had to put my beloved cat Zeppe down after a long fight with many illnesses. They proverbially held my hand and cried with me through the whole emotional ordeal. There is no doubt Dr. Charlotte and all her staff, including the secretary, LOVE and ADORE all animals. This is not merely a job for them, but clearly their life´s passion. There is no price too high for a member of our family and knowing they are treating my pets the way they are treated at home is priceless!!! Thank you for all you do for our furry friends!
