We take our two lab/mix dogs to Limestone. We love the staff as we do also. They are extremely welcoming and efficient in their work. Our dogs love going there. We take them to day care there as well. They come home and are exhausted and sleep all evening. They seem to be very happy there as we sometimes check in on them through the webcams. We HIGHLY recommend Limestone.

I brought my dog here to be groomed. I dropped her off in the morning to unwelcoming staff and described the cut I wanted to the grooming staff. It took them 8+ hours to finish her grooming. When I came to pick her up the grooming area, which is visible when you walk in, was incredibly dirty and in disarray. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring me my dog who could see me through the glass door of the grooming area and was visibly upset. The grooming staff never asked me if I was happy with the cut and just handed me the leash and walked away, not a word said. The cut was not what I asked for. When I brought my dog home she immediately drank 2 bowls of water which tells me they did not in any way care for my dog while she was there. They just shoved her in a crate and let her sit there all day. I will never take my dog here again.

I brought my dog to Limestone Vet for boarding on a Saturday. Five days later I received a call telling me my dog contracted Kennel Cough in their over boarded facility. I requested my dogs records to be ready at pick up so she could go to another vet for a second opinion. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I waited 50 minutes to see my dog, the records were not ready as promised the day before. When they finally mailed me the records, the records stated I was rude in front of other clients. I guess Limestone Vet doesn't want other pet owners to know they are overwhelmed and dogs contract Kennel Cough at their facility. Stay away from here if you love your pet.
