I have been taking my dogs, all rescues, to Animal Clinic of Brandon since I got them and have never had a bad experience. Great Staff, short wait times and the docs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to push you on unnecessary tests and take the time to answer questions or concerns. I won't go anywhere else, love Dr's Scott, DeShields and Jackson.

First time visiting this clinic. Staff was friendly and very nice. Clinic cat greeted my cat and I, and when she saw my cat was scared she laid on her side on the floor then rolled slowly over on her other side facing away from us, in cat cat terms this means it is safe. This is also the first time my cat has made it through a vet visit without hissing, growling, and/or scratching someone. There prices are also very reasonable.Highly recommend!

I cannot say I am entirely pleased with this practice. I took my dog in under an appointment for a general physical exam and to have a skin condition checked out. The doctor was an hour late (thus blowing off the appointment), and had no excuse for his tardiness. Worse, he proceeded to rush through the visit with my dog, checking out his skin condition and pretty much nothing else (no general physical exam). He dashed off some scrips, and did not even bother to come back to tell me the results of the heartworm test I had requested (I had to specifically ask the staff to tell me the results.) They certainly charged me for a full office visit, however. Later, when I discovered that filling one of the scrips was a problem and telephoned to figure out a solution, I was given a hard time and treated with an extraordinary amount of condescension both from the treating doctor, and from Cary Jackson, the practice owner. I suggest the attitude of this vet practice is that they are doing you a favor by providing services to you that you pay for. If you like that sort of thing, go here. If you prefer a more professional approach, you may wish to keep looking.

I had a wonderful experience using Animal Clinic of Brandon. They were great with scheduling my appt for the very next day. I had a very short wait time as a new client, less than 15 minutes. The DR. was great answering all of my questions and giving new puppy suggestions. Not once did I feel rushed in his care. All of the staff members were great and very knowledgeable. Also the prices are very affordable. I am very pleased with their care and will continue the care of my new puppy here.

I don't know what all these other people are talking about. My mom and I both have been using this vet for 10 years and have had nothing but great service. I love this vet and I would recommend them to everyone!
