Doctor's and staff have NO compassion for animals and have no "bedside manners". Doctors and staff are extremely rude. Waiting time is sometimes over an hour, place is filthy, freezing cold and badly need of renovation. They charge you high prices without asking for your consent to do a treatment, gouge you with high prices and dispense wrong medications that you end up paying for and then have to pay high prices for the correct meds. I did not want to see some foreign doctor and left. They sent me a letter never to come back - as if I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. They are nasty, UNPROFESSIONAL people. The reception is nasty and rude also. It hurts anyone there to even smile! So sad!

I also have been taking my pets to All County for over 20 years and I just love the doctors and staff there! They are always happy to answer my questions and are very caring and loving with my pets...my dogs always look forward to their "cookies" at their visits! And since I have many reptiles as well, I am happy to have found a vet who is extremely knowledgeable about them as well.

I have to disagree with the previous review. I have been going there for twenty years and have always had excellent and compassionate care. The doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended this veterinarian to many friends and family members who have also used their services and are very happy.

All County Animal Hospital is a total RIP-OFF I would not recommend this place to anyone! or get a price from them first before you have them do anything if not they WILL ROB YOU!
