I have been taking my dogs and cats to this place since 1994. Dr Yates is absolutely wonderful,he has always taken exceptional care for any issues my pets have had. I no longer live in the same county,but I still take my animals to him. The staff are very nice and helpful,with everything.In 2010,I came in to have my 20 year old Malinois mix put to sleep,and Dr Yates and staff were very comforting.
Dr Yates and his staff is the MOST unprofessional of any I have seen. Be careful and get your estimates in writing or they could end up costing you 10 times what one would think you would be paying. One you sign their standard paperwork, they can charge you whatever they want and include some of the most ridiculous charges to your bill. If this has happened to you, be sure to file your complaint with the BBB. There are other veterinarians that operate better. Some people can only stay in business by overcharging clients which is basically a scam.
Been using their services since '04. With 7 dogs, they see me often. Always outstanding service and a pet-friendly staff. I Highly recommend them. George Wetzel
