Dinker had never been boarded before and they were AWESOME with her. They sent me pics and even moved her to area that was not so loud for her nerves. Frankie the tech and Dr.Boozer are wonderful and explain everything I inquired about. Dinker isn't even afraid of Frankie like she is with most techs, she will let him near her anytime.. :)

Wow, I am so impressed with this vet!! Dr. Boozer is so kind and caring. The staff is welcoming and really helpful. The first visit, my dog was not happy and very snappy! He was so nervous. We had to take him to get surgery a few weeks after the first visit and he was totally fine. Very comfortable with staff, Tiffany and Dr. Boozer. You can tell they really care and love your animals there. So glad we chose this vet. They were recommended to us by my co-workers :-)

Unfortunately, our beloved 14 1/2 yr dog was shutting down. Our sad visit was our first visit ever to Kindness East. Right when we walked in carrying our dog crying they knew the situation. They did not put us thru any unnecessary paperwork or questions. Once they had a room available they politely offered it to us. Dr. Boozer was very honest and kind with us. Her first comment as she walked in was "You guys did great getting her to live a happy 14 years. There was no unnecessary suggestions made. They performed a few nonintrusive tests to confirm her body was shutting down. They gave us all the time we needed.

The doctors and staff have been wonderfully supportive, informative and truly kind through the whole life of my beloved dog, Suka! He was amazing and everyone from each tech and groomer to doctor always made sure he was praised for his calm behavior and made as comfortable and happy as possible. We had12 amazing years with this terrific dog and Kindness was instrumental in keeping him healthy and happy for as long as possible. When the came to say goodbye, Dr. Daily and staff made it as soothing and comforting as it could be, both for him and for those left behind. He was the greatest dog anyone could ever ask for and I am glad he had the care at Kindness. Thanks so much. Suka's mom
