I thought I had found a good vet service but when I brought my Daschund for his first visit all was well, except a week later when I went to board my pet I discovered Viscaya+Prado never gave him or asked me if I wanted a Bortella vaccine, hence I could not board my dog. When I called Viscaya and asked why they neglected to ask me about a bortella vaccine I was told the doctors can not remember everything. I questioned why that would not be a general question to be asked of a new patient and again was told they cant remember everything and I was then hung up on, how frustrating and un-professional! Never going back to a vet service that can not remember what they do or what their purpose is.
