This group, from the front desk staff to back staff that treat the animals, to the doctors...If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been with them for 4 years and from day 1 they treat my dog Lily with kindness and with a very caring approach. I cannot thank them enough for the great job they do.

Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are the most caring, compassionate, and professional people that can take care of your pet. We drive 35 miles from Orlando to take our dogs to him having a vet 1.5 miles from our home (and many along the way). We love them.

On Friday the 15th of March 2013. My Lab of 13 took a quick turn for the worst. Although She was not a client of the hospital they worked her in. She was seen By Dr Joyner.. x-rayed and had blood work done. We were then faced with the worst, that she had a large mass in her abdomen. The staff was so wonderful in how they handled our Daisy in her last few hours. They held the office open for the rest of my family to arrive to say their good byes to Daisy.Such kindness was shown to My family. We have 3 other dogs and Southlake Animal Hospital and Dr Jordan are our new Vet and hospital. Thank you Tracy Wade

The staff here is phenominal! When we lost our pet bird, the staff was so compassionate and sympathic, that I was truly touched. It helped me to know they did what they could to help her. Also, our pet dog has been going there for five years and receives excellent care there. I also use them to board my dog when we are on vacation. I always know he is in good hands with them.

Best staff in the world! Very Intelligent and actually care about your animals and the entire family.
